The convention is about a month earlier than it was last year, so note that just about everything has been moved up a month. The information email and snail mail packets were sent out on March 1.

The fees for panel/table space and the commissions have not changed. Panels are $15 for each 4x4 space, tables are $15 for a 6' table, and the commission on sales is 15%.
There is no additional fee for mail-in artwork. The deadline for mail-in artwork to reach me is July 23, 2012.
Those artists who do get panel space this year, I'd really like you to use my on-line tool for entering your artwork information. It also lets you print out control sheets and bid sheets. Last year, I entered almost all of the information myself. It helped me catch a number of math errors, but I'd prefer not to have to enter it all myself. When you sign up, I'll send you an email with the link to the website.
