Howard Waldrop
HOWARD WALDROP, called a "natural treasure" by Gardner Dozois, has
perfected the art of gonzo fiction. His novels include Them Bones
and A Dozen Tough Jobs, and his short fiction is collected in
Howard Who?, All About Strange Monsters of the Recent Past, and
Night of the Cooters and Other Stories. And then there's The
Texas/Israeli War: 1999, written with Jake Saunders, which is the
best novel we could imagine with that title.
Howard is also slated as one of the Guests of Honor at ConDiablo, the 1996 WesterCon in El Paso, Texas.
