ARMADILLOCON 39

AUSTIN, TEXAS ▫ OMNI SOUTHPARK ▫ AUGUST 4 - 6, 2017

Programming

ArmadilloCon takes pride in a wide-ranging program of panels and presentations, focusing on written SF but with a range of other topics including:

  • Classic themes and current trends in SF & fantasy
  • The craft, art, and business of writing
  • Editing and publishing (we're one of the few regional conventions with an Editor Guest)
  • Latest news and upcoming missions in space exploration, and other science topics of interest to genre fans
  • The work of our featured Artist Guest, the impact of cover art and illustrations, and other art topics
  • Recent and forthcoming books, movies, and TV

So come listen to our Guests and scores of other participants talk about their work and the genre in general!  Invitations are just going out, but stay tuned for more information as the schedule develops. In the meantime, see last year's final schedule (Grid or Detailed Schedule) to get an idea of what to expect.
