Dealers' Room

ArmadilloCon will have a Dealers' Room filled with vendors selling books, T-shirts, jewely, and more.

Information for Dealers

Tables are standard 6-foot banquet tables, with covers. Table cost is $90 apiece. A single dealer may reserve up to 4 tables. The first table comes with one free convention membership; two or more tables get two free convention memberships.  Additional memberships may be purchased for $20 each, with maximum of four memberships per dealer. Electricity is $45 for the weekend and must be requested in advance. Dealers must provide their own merchandise covers.

Tables may be reserved by sending payment for one table ($90) by July 31, 2010. No dealer may reserve more than 4 tables. Balance due on reserved tables must be received by August 1, 2010, or tables will be released to the next dealer on the waiting list.
