Program Book
Our convention will have a program book with approximately 32 pages. Potential advertisers should contact us to reserve space. Advertising rates for the program book are as follows:
Full page (8-1/2 X 11 in., less margins) $150
Half page (8.5 X 5.5 OR 4.25 X 11 in., less margins) $80
Quarter page $45
Eighth page $25
On the full page, the finished size should be 7.5 X 10.0 in., for example.
Space should be reserved by July 15, and we would need the finished ad (either in hardcopy or electronic format) in hand by August 1st.
