Art Show

I am back for another round as the Art Show director for ArmadilloCon 32. I hope to make this show both pleasant and profitable for the patrons, participants and exhibitors.

Packets were snail-mailed and emails were sent out on April 1. Below is the information sent out in the packets.

Here are the controls sheets and bid sheets. Remember, in your acceptance email, I sent a link to an on-line option for entering your information and printing out your sheets. Give me a call if you try it and have troubles or questions.

And here is the Shipping Summary form to help us out when packing your art for return shipment.

We will have about 15% more panel space this year. The layouts and lighting will be a new experience. We are in a new hotel and may not get everything right the first year.
