Dealers' Room
ArmadilloCon 31 will be on August 14-16, 2009 at the DoubleTree Hotel North, (6505 N. IH-35), Austin, Texas 78752
(Hotel Phone: (512) 454-3737).
Dealer Room Hours for attendees will be Friday 4 - 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM.
The Dealers’ Room will open for setup on Friday at 2 PM, Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday at 10 AM.
Tables are standard 6-foot banquet tables, with covers. Table cost is $90. Dealers must provide their own merchandise covers; none will be provided. The first table comes with one free convention membership, two or more tables get two free convention membership. Additional memberships may be purchased for $20 each, maximum of 4 total memberships per dealer. Electricity is $45 for the weekend and must be requested in advance.
One to four tables may be reserved by sending payment for one table ($90) by July 31, 2009. No dealer may reserve more than 4 tables. BALANCE DUE ON THE RESERVED TABLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY August 7, 2009, or your reserved tables will be released to the next dealer on the waiting list.
