Greetings and welcome to the ArmadilloCon Gaming Extravaganza.

We will have a Steve Jackson Games MIB with us this year and she is holding a Munchkin Tournament Saturday night starting at 8 PM.  The tournament will be a Fire Fly Munchkin Tournament.  Fire Fly Munchkin is when you combine Space Munchkin with The Good, The Bad and the Munchkin. 

There will be a total of 8 players in the tournament.  Six of the will be chosen from the people who played other Munchkin games on Friday and Saturday and accumulated points.  Points will be tracked by the MIB.  The other two players will be chosen at random.  Here is how you get points. 

We will also have a demonstration of a new game from Austin based board game publisher Fireside Games.  They will be demonstrating their new game Castle Panic.  The demos will be on Friday night from 6 until the game room closes and on Saturday from 12:00 – 6:00.  To find out about the game visit them at www.firesidegames.com.

On Friday night and all day Saturday for every game of Munchkin played you will get 1 point.  The winner of each Munchkin game will get 3 points.  The player who comes in second gets 2 points.  There will also be random points awarded by the MIB during the game play.

Also on Saturday from 2pm – 6pm we will be featuring Munchkin Quest.  It is the Munchkin Board game.  It does count towards the points for the tournament.

The prizes for the tournament are to be announced and there will be other freebees from Steve Jackson games.

As always this is an open gaming room as well, so even through we are featuring games at certain times, those aren’t the only games to play at those times or the only times we are going to play those games.  Hope to see you there.
