Dealers Coming
Dealer's Room Information
ArmadilloCon 29 will have a large dealers room where
vendors sell books, comics, T-shirts, and assorted
collectables.
Dealer Room Hours for attendees will be Friday 4 -
7 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM.
The Dealers' Room will open for setup on Friday at
2 PM (possibly earlier), Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday
at 10 AM. Earlier access on Friday may be possible
by special arrangement with the Dealer's Room coordinator.
Tables are standard 6-foot banquet tables, with covers.
Table cost is $80, Maximum of 4 tables. Dealers must
provide their own merchandise covers; none will be
provided. The first table comes with one free convention
membership, two or more tables get two free convention
membership. Additional memberships may be purchased
for $15 each, for a maximum of 4 total memberships
per dealer. Electricity is $45 for the weekend and
must be requested in advance.

One to four tables may be reserved by sending payment
for one table ($80) by July 27, 2007. No dealer may
reserve more than 4 tables. BALANCE DUE ON THE RESERVED
TABLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 7, 2007, or your
reserved tables will be released to the next dealer
on the waiting list.

If you wish to have a business-card-sized ad appear
in the Program Book, send your camera-ready ad and
$16.50 to the above address by July 11, 2006, or email
electronic copy to the address below. Full-page ads,
half-page ads, and quarter-page ads are also available.
