Our convention will have a program book with approximately
32 pages. Potential advertisers should contact us to
reserve space. Advertising rates are as follows:

The program book will be printed in black and white. It
will be formatted at 8.5"x11", with a half-inch margin on
all sides. Please ensure that your ad conforms to these
specifications. Space should be reserved by July 18, and we
would need the finished ad (either in electronic format or
camera-ready hardcopy) in hand by July 25. Electronic
submission is preferred and we accept PDF, TIFF, JPG, and
PNG formats.
We are interested in using art from our Art Show artists in the program
